At its worst, poor breathing is damaging to our health. If you think holding your breath all the time isn’t doing you in, you’re wrong.
Sitting up can literally change your body chemistry and take you from tired to terrific all day long. Don’t believe it? Watch for yourself!
We don’t know if we’re being too easy on ourselves or too hard on ourselves. Practice doesn’t answer that question, it makes use of it.
