Yes, he’s flexible. Yes, he’s young. But you don’t get this happening without a dedicated practice. We love the poetry of his physicality, and there’s no stinting in what he gives to achieve escape velocity. Lucky us: Alex Yde’s camera work, editing and musical pacing are magical.
This is how our practice feels even when we are floating a simple open body mountain pose.
