When it comes to “trick or treat?” the answer is easy: bring on the treats!

Pumpkin’s rich flavor, gorgeous color and affinity for warm, comforting spices make it a natural for sweet creations. We love an afternoon snack that’s sweet, but not cloying. A treat, but not an over-indulgence. While we adore pumpkin made into a pie as much as anybody, there are other ways to enjoy its many virtues.

You don’t have to choose between good for you and fun to eat. Foodies on the web are leading the way to healthy, delicious and fun. We happily present a tasty collection of healthy and irresistible treats made with pumpkin: Oatmeal muffins, Granola and a Smoothie.
