Fresh and fun ideas from the best food bloggers
BY THE MAGAZINE OF YOGA STAFF
As the cool days persist on into April, we find ourselves irresistibly drawn towards spicy warming foods that don’t feel heavy on the palate. For a light and lively lunch, how about tofu with spicy garlic sauce that’s ready in twenty minutes? Or crispy, naturally sweet corn and amaranth griddlecakes with spicy black beans?
And don’t deny yourself a special treat: you’ll find nothing finer to accompany your afternoon tea than this chocolate banana bread – happily, “not your mama’s hippy banana bread.”
